As a mom and entrepreneur she noticed a need for a space where other moms like her could gather and have a sense of community, and so the Boss Mom movement was born. Dana grew her business and Facebook community to over 55,000 members organically and have about 1,000 new members each month. 

 

Through Dana’s very specific way of creating engagement in her Facebook community she has created an ecosystem where her community although not huge in numbers has very high engagement and provides a ton of value to its members. Dana dives into what kind of posts give you the most engagement and what posts to avoid. She also gives you some tips on how to monetize your group and how adding value gets you results!
